Saundra Dalton-Smith, MD

Saundra Dalton-Smith, MD, is a board certified internal medicine physician who has been actively practicing medicine since 1999. She graduated from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed her internal medicine residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Baker College and Davenport University in Michigan. With a heart of compassion and love for encouraging, Dr. Dalton-Smith is inspiring women to live free from mental limitations, fears, insecurity and past emotional baggage. She merges her internal medicine training and spiritual beliefs to offer healthcare that leads to total wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit. She has been published in national medical journals discussing the physician’s role in spirituality and patient care. Wendy B. Kang, MD, JD

Wendy B. Kang, MD, JD, is a clinical professor of anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is board certified in anesthesiology with additional certification in pain medicine, both of which she uses in reducing surgical and postoperative pain in patients while teaching residents and medical students. She obtained her law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law while practicing full-time as a physician. She passed her Texas State Bar in 1993 and promptly put herself on inactive status as an attorney, preferring to nurture the patient-physician relationship as influenced by law, medicine and ethics. Dr. Kang is the chair of CMDA’s Medical Malpractice Commission.
