Jim Garlow, PhD

Dr. Jim Garlow is an author, communicator, commentator, historian, cultural observer and Senior Pastor of Skyline Wesleyan Church in San Diego, California. He is heard daily on more than 830 radio outlets nationwide in his one-minute historical commentary called “The Garlow Perspective.” In March 2010 while continuing as a San Diego pastor, he was appointed by former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich to be the Chairman of ReAL (Renewing American Leadership), based in Washington, D.C. During California’s Proposition 8 (defense of marriage) battle, he founded and led the California Pastors Rapid Response Team, a group of networked pastors committed to the sanctity of marriage. He is the founding director of PrayandAct.com, a movement encouraging 40 days of prayer, fasting and informed value voting, defending the sanctity of life, the sacredness of marriage and religious liberty, in addition to addressing the excessive national debt. He graduated from Drew University (PhD in historical theology), Princeton Theological Seminary (master of theology), Asbury Theological Seminary (master of divinity), Southern Nazarene University (BA and MA) and Oklahoma Wesleyan University (AA).
Jeffrey Keenan, MD

Dr. Keenan is the medical and lab director at Southeastern Center for Fertility and a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. He also helped found the nonprofit National Embryo Donation Center, where he is medical director. He is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Surgeons and the Society for the Study of Reproduction. Dr. Keenan has been published in several medical journals including Fertility and Sterility, the Journal of Reproductive Medicine and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics. He is an Ad Hoc Reviewer for Fertility and Sterility and Gynecological Endocrinology. He has lectured throughout the country on topics related to reproductive endocrinology and infertility, with a recent concentration on the subject of embryo donation and adoptions. In addition, Dr. Keenan has been interviewed for more than 50 television, radio, and print stories including CBS’s 60 Minutes and America Medical News.
