Walt Larimore, MD

Walt Larimore, MDaward-winning family physician, bestselling author and educator, has been called “one of America’s best-known family physicians.” He graduated with AOA Honors from Louisiana State University, while his family medicine residency was at the Duke University Medical center. He also completed a Queen’s Teaching Fellowship in Nottingham, England. He currently serves on the adjunct family medicine faculty of the In His Image Family Medicine Residency in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Larimore is a prolific author, having published 30 books, 30 medical textbook chapters and nearly 700 articles in a variety of medical journals and lay magazines.
