Dr. Steve Sartori is Director of CMDA’s Center for Well-being. He is a family physician and certified life and leadership coach who helps healthcare professionals align with God, optimize well-being and maximize influence. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin, completed a family medicine residency in Rockford, Illinois, and practiced almost 30 years in rural Kentucky. He has experience as CEO of a private group practice, chief of staff at two hospitals, faculty member for a family medicine residency program and chief medical officer for a community health center. He has served as a board member and treasurer of CMDA, and he has participated in medical work in Romania, Jamaica, Thailand, Kenya and Swaziland. Dr. Matt Montgomery was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where he met his beautiful wife Susan. He also trained in general surgery in Philadelphia. After a life-changing experience on a GHO trip in 2003, he and his wife Susan (mostly Susan) started a Christian surgery practice known as Cornerstone Surgical in Hanover, Pennsylvania. He resides in Hanover with his wife Susan and daughter Mindy. Matt serves as CMDA’s Pennsylvania State Representative.
