Dr. Eleanore Kue was born in Cameroon, Africa, where she spent the first 16 years of her life before moving to France to finish her education. She obtained her medical degree while living in France. In 1992, Eleanore and her husband Simon came to the U.S. on their honeymoon looking for the “American dream.” In 2003, she gave her life to Christ, and then she attended Bible school where God called her to the mission field. She is now an ordained minister of the Assembly of God. In 2009, she opened His Healing Hands Clinic to provide medical care to the uninsured and underinsured in Lansing, Michigan. In 2013, she planted His Healing Hands Church at the clinic. Weekly, the church has one adult service and four different children services in low-income housing projects. She is the author of Healing Hands, Healing Heart: The Story of Dr. Eleanore Kue. Eleanore and Simon have three children: Jessie, Kim and Simon Jr.
John Ensor is an ordained Evangelical pastor who has served as a leader in the pro-life movement as a speaker, author, mentor and co-laborer for the last 25 years. Currently, John serves as the President of PassionLife, where he concentrates on helping missionaries and indigenous Christian leaders serving in countries plagued by abortion to equip the church in bioethics and pregnancy crisis intervention services. Starting in 1991, John led the effort in Boston, Massachusetts to establish a network of six ultrasound-equipped pregnancy help centers. In 2006, he joined Heartbeat International and piloted Heartbeat of Miami, a minority-led, ultrasound-equipped, pregnancy help ministry now serving amidst 30 nearby abortion business. He writes books on things he is most passionate about, including the gospel, marriage and prolife ethics. He and his wife Kristen have been married for 38 years. They have three grown children, two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren. They live in Roswell, Georgia.
